Refund policy — 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your Wayfold. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and refund.

How to return: email us at anyilispena1990@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions: the item must be unused, clean and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping: the customer pays the return shipping cost, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost to you.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Shipping protection: if you added shipping protection and your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or is stolen after delivery, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
